NAIROBI, May 7 (Xinhua) -- Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday mourned the death of nine soldiers who were killed after the vehicle they were traveling in was hit by improvised explosive device (IED) near the Somalia-Kenya border on Sunday.
