Posted May 5, 2018 On March 4, a former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal, 66, and his daughter, Yulia, were discovered unconscious slumped on a shopping centre bench in the British city of Salisbury. They had apparently been poisoned with Novichok, a nerve agent developed by the Soviet Union between 1971 and 1980s as part of its attempts to have a chemical weapons arsenal.
