Muqdisho (Caasimadda Online) – Qaraar ka soo baxay Golaha amaanka ee Qaramada Midoobey Bishii September ee Sanadkii 2017kii ayaa AMISOM lagu amray in ay isu diyaariso ka bixitaanka Soomaaliya.

Intaas kaddib AMISOM waxaa ay billowday dhimista Ciidankeeda jooga Soomaaliya,waxaana ay ahaayeen 22,000 oo Askari iyada oo hadda ay gaarayaan 21,000 oo Askari.

Taliyayaasha Howlgalka AMISOM ayaa sheegaya in ay ka walaacsanyihiin diyaar garoow la’aanta ka muuqata Ciidanka Soomaliya oo la doonayo in 2021ka lagu wareejiyo amniga dalkooda.

Afhayeenka AMISOM,Richard Omwega ayaa sheegay in Ciidamada AMISOM ay ka walwalsanyihiin in ay meel cidlo ah uga dhaqaaqaan dadaalladii ay sameeyeen.

Waxaa uu xusay in Ciidamada Soomaaliya la tababaray,waliba si wanaagsan laakiin aysan diyaar u ahayn in ay amniga kala wareegaan howlgalka AMISOM.

Taliyaha ayaa yiri “ 10 sano oo aan joogno Soomaliya Qaramada Midoobay waxa ay isku dayeeysay in ay dhisto Ciidamada Xogga, basle wali waxaad umoodaa in Ciidamadu aysan gaarin halkii loo baahnaa” ayuu yiri Richar Omwega afayeenka AMISOM.

Waxa uu sheegay in 75 Saraakiil Soomaali ah ay ku tababaranayaan Dalka Uganda, 4,000  oo kalena ay isla Uganda horay u tababartay,sidoo kale Dalalka Turkiga iyo Imaaraadka ayuu sheegay in ay saraakiil ciidan tababareen,kuwaas oo gaaraya 1,500 Saraakiil ah haddana aysan muuqan in Ciidamada Soomaalida loo dhiibo amniga dalka.

“Waa ay fududadahay in la qorto Askar dagaallanta,laakiin waxaa adag sidii loo heysan lahaa,annaga howlgalkeenna ka mid maha in aan faragelinno arrimaha gudaha,dowladda ayey shaqadeeda tahay,waxaan kaliya ku leenahay talo”ayuu yiri  Mr Omwega.

Howgalka AMISOM ayaa kal hore bilaabay daabulidda Ciidamadooda iyada oo Bishii October ee sanadkii hore ee 2017-kii dalka laga saaray 1,000 Askari.
