Cowke Posted May 25, 2010 This is historical document that I came across regarding the british occupation of jubbaland. It makes references regarding the gedo citizens and the situation in jubbaland at that time!!! You can Read for yourself here http://british-colonial-africa-from-1873-to-1955.com/PDFS/4_JUBALAND_1917-18_SINGLE_2_.pdf Ps: All those somalinet losers that post garbage tales of gedo citizens being nationalistic will be in for rude awakening when you read this document!!! Allamagan Posted May 25, 2010 Cowke,Marax! qaadiraddi jadka ayaa weli kugu jirta. Any sane person would automatically dismiss your remarks as a cheap shot at least you should try harder and come up with something solid next time. Firstly, you should have posted this rubbish into the politics section. I personally Would have given you more and suitable answers you deserve to be given. Secondly, and according to you, what is this report to do with reer Gedo not being nationalistic? And since when helping out and supporting colonial powers became a sign of nationalism? Thirdly, unless you have comprehension problems or dyslexia, anyone who reads it can gather from it that according to this report when the british came to Jubbaland and wanted to attack a local community (tribe) they desperately sought help from another local community, reer Gedo. what clearly happened there was the guys took advantage of the situations took the arms (which they understandably badly needed) and then disappeared whenever the opportunity arises. Go and read the history books in this region and you will find that the British had always difficulties to have this unruly clan into submission. Now go back with your xaar brush back to SomaliNet. Cowke Posted May 26, 2010 Allamagan, I just don't like people claiming things that are not true. If you go to somalinet forum you will see people posting over and over how the gedo people did this and did that. However this OFFICIAL government document from britain clearly debunks those claims that gedo people make. This document talks about their bravery and really says they were not brave soldiers and the british officers were disgusted with their performance!!! Allamagan Posted May 26, 2010 Cowke, yeah you are right, unlike these cowards you dont need to tell us how the british colonial officers were happy with the amazing balls-sucking åss-licking jobs that your forefathers unashamedly performed for the british invaders during the british colonialism, we are aware of that, thank you. So why not now let the battle-field niggaz discuss about this while house-niggaz and butlers like you to step aside. Ta kale fulay inad tahay, you dont have the balls to take this to Snet to confront these guys with your new 'findings' instead to make a point you dumped it in the wrong forum and yet trying to communicate with guys in another forum. how low? you completely lost your marbles, sxb!
