DOG COMMITS SUICIDE.

Hong Kong - A dog in eastern China committed suicide by poisoning itself after killing its owner's pet cat, a news report said on Tuesday.

 

The owner beat the dog with a shoe after returning home to find the cat lying dead in a pool of blood at his home in Anhui province, the Hong Kong edition of the China Daily reported.

 

The following morning the owner found the dog dead with foam coming from its mouth and an empty bottle of mosquito repellent lying nearby, the newspaper said.
