A blind man shook his hand and responded with 'that is not the hand of a Muslim' so i've been told.

A geel jire saw where Burton peed when he was in the miyi and commented that he was either:

a) not circumcised

b) standing up when peeing

I was told the one who shook his hands was Sayid maxamed and he commented "walee gacantaasi gacan islaam maaha",,, that was when the sayidka first arrived Berbera.

Again i was told that a geel jire (or some ppl) saw him standing up peeing ,,,, then they recognized that he is not a muslim.

^^I was Talking about Hargisa as well, it is not better in that area, they still treat you like a foreigner, and they assume you do not speak somali or do not know the norm.

depends on which part and place in Hargeisa ,,,, most of it ppl are accepting even the real foregners and when it is the summer they know ppl are coming from outside so they get used to it ,,,,, i saw some young ladies wearing trousers in the streets the other night. :D

But some places like where you used to pass by every day ,,, i mean the transport station ,, i know they do da same
