Duufaan Posted March 29, 2018 Lawyers for Saudi Arabia did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the decision. At a Saudi stock market event in New York, asked whether the court decision would have a negative impact on Saudi investment in the United States, Capital Market Authority Chairman Mohammed A. ElKuwaiz declined to comment, saying he had not seen the news. Daniels’ decision covers claims by the families of those killed, roughly 25,000 people who suffered injuries, and many businesses and insurers. The judge also dismissed claims that two Saudi banks, National Commercial Bank and Al Rajhi Bank, and Saudi Binladin Group, a construction company controlled by the bin Laden family, provided funds and financial services for the attacks, saying he lacked jurisdiction. Saudi Arabia had long had broad immunity from Sept. 11 lawsuits in the United States. That changed in September 2016, when the U.S. Congress overrode President Barack Obama’s veto of JASTA, allowing such cases to proceed.

galbeedi Posted March 29, 2018 OO, you get it this time. They thought by buying Trump family they could get blank cheque from everything. America is broke, and the best cash is in the pockets of this fat gulf boys and everyone is cashing. Maakhiri, we need to hire good lawyers and bring them to the international court. We could demand 20 billion for their destruction of a whole nation. We need to come up with great formula to cash in. We should arrest and collect the confession of some of the Al-shabaab guys and take the tape to court. In 2016, when this case came out , the Saudis threaten to withdraw their American investment totaling $75 billion or more. This corrupt and puppets for life Arabs could have withdrawn their assets as much as they could, cut their losses and leave America. Rather than spend $400 billion for useless weapons to kill other Arabs, they could have invested in their countries and the region. This week , the BIn Salmaan kid confessed that the WAhabi movement were created by western intelligence to fight against the Soviet Union in the eighties. THe So called MUslim brotherhood never fired a bullet in 90 years in Egypt. THeir slogan was, "the people and their idea is more powerful than the bullet" Then came the Wahabi who is both ruthless and merciless. Who knows, they could pay a billion dollars for every American who died in the world trade center which could hit $300 billion. Trump even inadvertently sent a message to those who wanted to cash against the Saudis. In his address in the white house at the reception of the Bin Salmaan Kid, Trump said, " We are rebuilding our army and we are spending $700 billion dollars" , he looked the kid and said, " that is probably peanuts for you guys". Other than the Ruthless Saddam Husein, and Jamal Naser, these Arabs did not produce a leader for the last hundred years. EVeryone agrees, that the gulf people became the worst people on earth.

maakhiri1 Posted March 29, 2018 They mess up with Islam and damage will take long time to recover. Creates big influence of indoctrination, mosques, madrasas and paying their Imaams every country to spread their version of Islam, if this Salman kid survives from the monster they created, and I believe he is changing Saudi 180 degrees. One thing is true, the kid has balls, he is kicking hornets nest
Dahireeto Posted March 30, 2018 If MBS survives the Wahabis in his own country, there is hope for other countries. They will kill him soon.

One thing is true, the kid has balls, he is kicking hornets nest Its amazing what petro dollar can do. From America to some remote villages in Africa and Asia these Saudis built everything to have long term stay. But is already falling apart. Syria and Iraq did the damage to them. On the other hand they were failure in East Africa. Especially where Islam is really old religion. Sudan not much actually there are some big time Imams and Ulema who declared Wahabi as not Islam. Bashir was in some trouble over this. Most of them are his oponents, but one of them was close to him and a friend. Ethiopia very little with Oromo and extremely small in Somali kilil the rest did not succeed. Djibouti similar to Ethiopia Kenya, Somalia, Uganda, Tanzania have had some success. Not a good idea for Somalia to start or do anything with the Saudis, just file things and write some books for now.
