A Russian with Leprosy Stealing Somali Children

This guy who has this skin disease of leprosy is hiding in Somaliland and Puntland targeting young children's blood for treatment for his illness. I overheard that people with such disease are supposed to harvest and drink blood from young people to replenish and not to get their disease deteriorated or succumb to a full blown insanity or death.

I'm not scared of nothing sxb but this child snatching phenomenon is an alien culture that most Somalis like me do not unsderstand why someone has to do it, and it is really frighening to some extent to me.

^that's right. There are drugs to treat leprosy, you don't need children's blood.
