Well, below is my OWN five facts to avoid belly Fat

 

1. NEVER EVER drink while u are eating... No water, no juice, no anything.. Eat your food then drink whateva u wanna drink, just don't mix them together.

 

2. Never ever talk while you are eating, as air will go inside with the food.

 

3. Never ever sleep right away after eating food. Stay awake or move around to digest/burn.

 

4. Never ever mix different type of foods which don't go together.

 

5. Chew, chew and chew food proberly till u r sure that it won't be heavy on your stomach .

 

 

As easy as that.

 

Now let's say that you have already gained that belly and u wanna get rid of it... Just follow the above Golden 5 Facts and try to eat light dinner yogurt and an apple or Oatmeal like Quaker... The stomach can't burn alot in night time, so keep all the heavy food like carbs for morning and daytime

 

As they say: Eat your breakfast like a Queen, your lunch like a princess and your DINNER like A PAUPER.... :D

 

P.S. Some of the excessive calories in the belly area is bcz of the colon... Try to Detox to cleanse your body.

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills , because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

 

PS:you need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight,Food is like a LIGHT SWITCH which can turn Fat Burning ON or OFF.but you must eat the right meals in the right patterns each day

Noone is too old to lose weight, and the main culprit is food, If you eat right, you will be fine, Most pple eat double of their daily intake.

I met my friends mum yesterday, an old lady of nearly 70, she was on a diet. I think the world is going mad!!! :eek:

 

Just eat what you want people, it is unhealthy to worry so much, it makes you put on weight! :D

 

Also laugh a lot, it helps you lose your belly fat ;):D

Juxa, Fat pple lack discipline, and can't follow proper diet plan.

 

If you don't have discipline, You will be overweight.

 

Before go to exercise, or anything, know what you are eating.
