checkmate Posted April 25, 2004 guys the other day i just thinkin this english language can be meaaninless/tricky sometimes here is why (we can take the don valley parkway 2 get 2 down town .... when we get home we donna hav ta park in the driveway) do u guys get it hwy=parkway and front of ur house where u park =driveway (if a muslim person is strict bout his diin/ religion mind u we should all be, they call them fan-atic=fanatic..bad thing.......... but when some1 likes carmello anthony defends him every where n is obsessed, they call them fans= abbreviation of fan-atic)....good thing... how can one word mean good and bad? there is more and more, if u guys hav some more of these krazy/kool scenario's pls share...asxantu Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

How about Tim Duncin is a fundamental player, which means he is sticks with basics and he is good at. but a muslim person being a fundamentalist is not good. so yeah u r right... also english language makes quranic pharses ugly, when u translate it into english.
