I'm part of Indiana university for the last 5 years and this is really a good progress they made.

 

My fav is Adeegto one ........ reminds me of the good old days.

But such is a BIG task gathering large amount of books and making them digital.

 

 

I have seen most of the books and read long time ago, but they no longer in my possession, to have them again is wonderful smile.gif

I myself hold over 80 books about somalia in both Somali and English. Would be nice to donate it to hargesia library. When I went there, they had 1968 issues of the national geographic and some outdated science texts books.

Great book indeed. Adeegto was written by Mohamed Hassan who was the dean of Lafoole University.

 

Great library NASSIR. I have visited quite a few times in the past.

Did you recognised any of the books about dugsiyada hoose/dhexe/sare.

 

 

It is good reading Physics in Af Soomaali though, this has bein my favorite subject all along.

you cant download the books or anything but it is still really good.

 

its really hard to find books in somali or books to study somali or even books that are ABOUT somalia! so you can tell that they worked really hard on it
