I am trying to find difference between Somaliland langauge and Somalia.

What does Dabadeed mean in reer Waqooyi accent and what does it mean in the south.

Dhakhatarki reer Koonfurka and reer Waqooyi patient

The Northern man: Gabadhi maad daawaysay

Doctor: Haa, kaanini Aaasburo aan siiyay

North man: Dabadeedna?

Doctor: erm err, pauses, erm, gaduudatay :D

By the way, there is no gaduud color in the north accent, they call it casaan, while casaan is white in the south like cadaan.

Shuun.

Feer

Dooro

Apart from the dialect there many words that are different.

But Kudos to us reer Koonfor since we make an effort to 'get ur accent' u lot make no attempts whatsoever.

And one other thing there is a a significant between reer Xamar and reer Koonfur.

^ You mean anywhere that isn't Burco or Hargeisa!

Resistance, I think reer waqoori dialect is just easier, we can't all be lazy buggers who make no effort to understand what our southern friends are on about!

I hate to spoil the fun but:

1. There is no such thing as Somaliland.

2. There is only one Somali language. If you have trouble understanding this, try to find out what a language is.

3. To the Dharjaale.....there is a difference between a noun and a adjective.

quite ironic that qaldan means wrong Johnny B. Clearly you must have a bad case of af-xamaari. even the presenters at Universal Tv speak like 'us'. even that guy who wears the same baige suit every day. miskeenka needs a new wardrobe.

True that 'qaldan' means 'Wrong', that is why the Somali dialect spoken in the north and Universal TV is WRONG, hence 'Qaldan'.

No wonder Universal TV-ankers speak like 'You'.

Nogonge too speaks like Universal TV-anker.
