They are building another base and started investing the economic aspect, dams for Shabelle. Things are mutually beneficial at-least for now. The problem is Somalis have no policy in place that will take advantage of that, amateurish politicians/ Other countries come and go, bribe their way but Turks are pacing themselves. Dams are there for at least next 50 years. There is plan in Somali kilil to build 3 artificial lakes and settle nomads around and close by these lakes where they are alwwyas provided drinking water and trained to farm plots close by these lakes where small pumps can be used for irrigation for year round farming.
