Old_Observer Posted March 3, 2018 These countries are providing a lot of help, but they are also making money. All these countries have also strong Somali lobby in case of Uganda and Somali influence in case of Ethiopia and Kenya. Some balance needs to be found and also some friction to be exploited. Example Uganda and Egypt on one side and Sudan, Kenya and Ethiopia on the other side are conducting cold war and some times hot war in South Sudan.
