Somaliland: President Bihi Receives Malaysian Investor

HARGEISA– President Bihi today received Malaysian Investors in light manufacturing, led by Malaysian Business tycoon and the chairman of Tayyid Quality Meat plant in Burao,  Mr. Rethwan Tengku.

The president and the investors discussed the possibility of exporting livestock meat to markets in Malaysia.The Malay tycoon set up meat processing plant in Burao the first of its kind in Somaliland since its inception. Investors from China and Malaysia are picking interest in Somaliland due to policies in place concerning starting business.
