I was reading earlier about that girl that got stoned in Somalia. I am not sure how my thought process worked but one thought led to another until I reached a stage of madness and utter fantasy.

 

Still, here is a thought. Say a man went around boasting about having an affair with a married female jinn. Say that man lived in Kismayo. Say people got fed up with his constant boasting. How do you think they would deal with him? Is he mad? Serious or just confused? Would his punishment still be the same since he confessed to having an affair?

 

I am not after a real fatwa here by the way. Just initial thoughts.

If I add my 2 cents though, I think it depends where the said man lives. If he is in Kismaanyo and its vicinity, that man is history.
