Herer Posted July 17, 2009 One of the best Somali documentary I ever watched. A good example to be followed by other somali communities.

Nin-Yaaban Posted July 18, 2009 Very nice documentary. It reminds me of my situation, in when i came to the States i was settled in Syracuse, NY (Cold as hell, and not too far from the Canadian border). There were little job opportunities, and very high crime rate. We finally moved after a yr, and settled in MN. I always wondered how they decide to settle new Somali arrivals in different states, from MN to California and Washington State to Deep South like Nashville, TN. Chimera Posted July 26, 2009 The guy who gave his full name and lineage going back seven+ ancestors cracked me up, it reminds me of a Somali classmate who did the same after a teacher asked him his last name
Warrior of Light Posted July 26, 2009 A great documentary, thanks for sharing. The last documentary I have seen was called Somali voices an Olol filmproduction. And between the two, there is a great difference.
