Somaliland security detain a citizen who said will establish Sahil regional administration

BURAO—Somaliland security forces apprehended on Friday, a citizen who said that he will declare Sahil provincial administration recently. Mr. Saleban Ibrahim Hamud has spoken out of the Dubai Ports World (DPW) takeover of Berbera Port and the oil exploration which is underway in Sahil region. The man who was detained by police made the remarks in Burao but it is not yet clear if he will be brought before the court.
