he is saying, a guy had a shop to sell clothes, so 1 guy said to him if they internal affairs pple come 2 u which means the police and ask u how much does that dress which 800 dinaar tell them is 10 dinaar and if they say is expensive tell them is Balaash, which means bilaash in somali kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.
