Did you stop/continue? lost/gained willpower/determination ? ps. wasn't there a thread about starting a health and fitness section? wat do the mods think bout starting a section for health/fitness? i know dere is already a sports section, but that's mainly 4 faraxz and fish n chips boyz to discuss the latest round of football..... Continue lost/gained willpower/determination ? Wanted to stop at times, but never gave up. If the gym is too much of a hustle, do this at home: Push-ups -- as many as you can Sit-ups -- as many as you can Jumping jacks -- a lot Dock walks a lot Run/jog two days out of the week. Enjoy.
