Anyways, I know my 14 year old brother would find that extremely funny. He plays the game Grand theft Auto all the time, and even I've TRIED to play it before... it's hilarious! (If you're sadistic like me )

 

Basically, what the picture means is that Somali is so messed up they'd steal your wheelbarrow. loooooool! I also think the expressions on their faces is VERY amusing
