^^ Xidigo's problem is different. The thread she linked is one where those 'angry' people are 'defending' Islam. Here, Marx and others are talking about the kind of hijab and not the hijab itself.

 

You are offended that she thinks such a hijab is not to her taste? Damn bully!

You should take a look at Muqdisho pics and see what peepz used to wear back in the days; walciyadu billah. In fact, you should make dua that your children and sisters dress like that, as opposed to dressing free view channel o kale. Secondly, you should worry more about your own deen, rather than what kind of jalabeeb turns you on and what is your favourite colour.

^^^It is nothing to do with taste, I don’t care if they don’t like it or don’t wear it. It is the fact that people feel they can belittle a sister and take the piss out of her to make themselves FEEL better or appear better. Really it is disgusting, these sisters probably don’t care what anyone think of them and are just practicing their religion, maybe we don’t think highly of them and laugh and giggle at their expense, but ishaLLAH Allah loves them and will reward them.

^^ It IS all about taste. They don't find this sort of hijab appealing but they probably find others forms pleasing to the eye. You are being a bully and expecting people to all follow your point of view just because it's a 'hijab'.

^^ Malika was mocking the colour combinations and choice of shoes. The Hijab itself was not her target (it is obvious if you read her words). Marx, though trying to be sensationalist and start some kind of debate is also mocking the choice of garment and NOT the garment itself.

 

You are trying to bully them because you did NOT say a single word about their comments and instead decided to have a go at them. This is why I asked you what was your problem earlier.

As for Marx, he could've picked 100 other things about the Somali community to be sensationalist, this one is a poor choice. In any case as I said Marx, Aaliya and Malika can defend themself's against my so called bullying. :cool: I'm defending those who THEY are bullying, which can or may include me.

Siidan sii maah, tast is fine, but mocking others choices in life is a different story all together. No one is asking anyone to do/ wear the same here. WHAT is the point of mocking them. I hear similar things for None-muslim's, now people in our own community are getting inline.

 

There should be legislations against this type of hijaab! WHY? :confused: Once people start telling others how they should dress, where does it stop? as far as France or far as Saudi?

 

As for more attacks yad yad ya, not true, a Muslim wome regardless of what colours she wears is treated like a Muslim women, you really think that atackers sit there thinking taan waa stylish, let me let her be

I am not anti-Hijab IBZ! I love the hijab! It’s an institution that demands respect, especially in these difficult and islamically challenging times! Those who wear the penguin hijabs are normal people as well, who should be guided towards modesty and humbleness. Don’t try to philosophise the point!

 

Perhaps i didnt make my point clear! or maybe it due to the highly sensitive nature of the hibaj!
