I dunno who is leading such investigation where such ridiculous and bad judgement is evident over the whole case. FatB Posted August 31, 2006 yep, the "control order" as we are led to believe is based on the UK and US control orders introduced after sept 11. However unlike the US and UK orders the Australian version has massive gaps, red tape and short comings. it cam be enforced for 12 moths without a court order and curfews emplaced with out regard to the victim......it is a shame that a nation that prides itself for this democracy, our legislators can over look such misgivings....
