Because If hes a virgin than that is very sweet and gentlemanly and if hes not a virgin and has repented then Allah is all forgiving. And who am I to judge him? To me sexual history isn't important, as long as he wasn't a gigolo..lol..and yeah, he will be tested many times b4 marriage.
