How about after the competition of ministerial visits by both sides, the competition becomes who can build more schools, more clinics etc. Wouldn't that be great then we see who gains the trust and brotherhood of these villages. Somalia can do whatever it wants across its side of the border, Somaliland has zero interest in interfering in its neighbours territory. However, Somaliland's territory is for Somalilanders which includes every village and every town that falls within Somaliland borders.
