HARGEISA– Somaliland President, His Excellency, Musa Bihi Abdi has embarked on three day official working visit to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia’s capital today. The president, Bihi who is accompanied by the foreign minister will hold bilateral talks with Ethiopian Prime minister, Hailamariam Desalegn, who extended an official invitation to Somaliland delegation led by President Bihi.
