Banning the new year celebrations, forcefully shaving peoples' hair, assaulting law abiding visitors without any charge, etc., all without any legislation and public awareness campaigns as Galbeedi pointed out!! Is Somaliland a democracy or dictatorship, or theocracy; what is it? Why are the law abiding youth targeted when a large number of Somaliland's political and social elite are drug addicts and alcoholics? What about the rampant corruption in all the branches of government and in every level of the society? Why is the police force in Hargeisa wasting its time doing the job of the barbers when armed robbers roam the streets every night terrorising the population?
