Rather than curb Qat and other drugs, Hargeisa has started a campaign for hair cut.

 

Before they take police actions against the citizens,  they should legislate in the parliament or enact specific by law regarding what kind of hair the Somaliland youth should have. THey should put huge billboards in the middle of the city showing the new Hargeisa hair cut.

 

This people want to oppress the youth . They afraid that these youth might demand jobs, and they know that they could not offer anything. Waxa la damacsan yahay in la cabudhiyo oo la cadaadiyo si aanay uga mudaharaadin shaqa la'aanta.

 

 Is this place becoming the land of Taliban  and backward society. THese people are getting crazy by the hour.

This is a serious violation and the problem is focusing trivial and little dictatorship is in all Somalis.

 

Who decides how people cut their hair? What dress code to wear?
