The Military base construction was speeded up recently but the other projects that were part of the agreement have not even started. 

 

Somaliland's main objectives when signing to this agreement was the other benefits that came with it. And since those benefits are placed on the back burner, then Somaliland needs to take a decision and put pressure back on the Arabs.
