U.S.-based preacher Fethullah Gülen, the main suspect in the probes into the July 15 coup attempt used to run Vifak Academy in Hargeisa. Turkey Ma’arif Foundation has officially taken over the running of the school in Hargeisa as in line with Turkish government demands after the failed coup. Holac Posted December 27, 2017 There is no interest for Somaliland to support a terrorist organization like Feto. The school can be run by the Turkish government. The support that People of Somaliland have for Turkey and Erdogan was never in question. I hope Turkey can give strong support to Somaliland and rebuild its education system.
