President Aliyev appoints Azerbaijan’s honorary consul to Djibouti

Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec. 8—Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order appointing Nazli Mahammad as the honorary consul of Azerbaijan in Djibouti.

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry has been instructed to resolve the issues arising from the order.
