Just like the crazy Neo-Nazi kid, Dylan Roof , who shot and killed church worshipers in South Carolina, this one is motivated by hate and extremism. In these days, bad things, like this tragedy could happen around the world. The main thing is how communities and societies react. The Canadian people and the government reacted with the right attitude of offering help and encouragement to the people in Quebec Muslim community and Muslim Canadians around the country. Both the prime mintier and the opposition leaders stood united to condemn this crime and console the families of the victims. Here in Alberta, we had a vigil tonight at the Alberta legislature. The Premier and the opposition progressive conservative candidate Jason Kenny offered support for the community. Condolences for the victims. We all pray for peace. Certainly this was an isolated crime by a deranged man.
Che -Guevara Posted January 30, 2017 I was happy to hear the prime minister label this as terrorism act.
galbeedi Posted January 30, 2017 Yes. It is a terrorism by a white terrorist. actually the whole government went to the city where the crime happened and held a vigil. The prime minster, conservative leader Rona Ambrose and NDP leader Tom Mulcair all rose inside parliament in unity.
