The locals should not be naive to think a failed "government"

can build a road and other necessary things for a town to

function for them. The current Kulmiye junta can't even fix the

dusty roads of Hargeisa. It is better the district gets in touch

with businessmen and diaspora, they can get more done.

No just one community. Silanyo tried to change that using

state sponsored terrorism but his followers got cut down

a couple of months ago (over 30 dead).
