In Somalia, such is the situation, it is hopeless. There are NGO seminars and NGO fake projects everywhere and everyone depends on them for daily meals. These activities don't have real meaning. maakhiri1 Posted August 15, 2016 Totally agree, there are ones I think that maybe helpful, wacyigelin, orientations, health programs, vaccines, but 99% are useless, and not required. It is time to empower the locals, local inward approach, and kickout all those NGOS, and let locals, iskaka wax u qabso, do everything. the quality may not be good but Axyaa wadan.
