The Somali elders could be a force for good , but when manipulated by politicians they are disaster. As I sad I Zone five their is one man , Candi Illey, the elders have no say. Che -Guevara Posted August 6, 2016 That's a good question! The only thing I could think is remnants from Derg. The weapons look aged. Another possible is the chaotic Southern Sudan.
