Hales Posted May 19, 2010 A similar situation with Real Madrid last year (Kaka and Christiano), but these two players are more promising and more likely to make a bigger impact. So its a midfielder and a striker a nice balance compared to the one in Real Madrid. Barcelona just signed David villa from Valencia for around £40 Million in Euro money, and £34 Million in British pounds. David Villa http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/european/7740039/David-Villa-joins-Barcelona-from-Valencia .html Oh i feel sorry for Arsenal, Fabregas finally wants to leave and play for Barcelona. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/leagues/premierleague/arsenal/7739692/Cesc-Fabregas-transf er-to-Barcelona-what-the-Spanish-press-is-saying.html
N.O.R.F Posted May 19, 2010 Wenger only has himself to blame. Villa going to Barca means Henry will be sold.

Haatu Posted May 19, 2010 Steven Gerrard is the man to replace Cesc Fabregas, says Arsenal legend Paul Merson Paul Merson believes Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard is the man to replace Barcelona-bound Cesc Fabregas in the heart of Arsenal’s midfield. The Gunners rate Fabregas at £50million but Merson believes they should hold out for as much as they can to lure Gerrard, 29, down from Anfield. He said: ‘I worry about the future of Arsenal. They don't win trophies anymore and they're selling their best players. Where are they going? Dhagax-Tuur Posted May 20, 2010 I am going wherever Mourinho goes! Lol. Waar ninku futada ayuu cirro ku leeyay. He will probably do the treble at Inter and go to Real with a huge lot of dough at his disposal will mount one hell of a challenge to Barca. Can't wait next season. Forget the Premiership, La Liga is the new exciting watchable horyaal now.
Hales Posted May 20, 2010 Its a 2 team contest in the la liga sxb, even the third, fourth and fifth strongest teams in the La liga have nothing against Man city and Tottenham. These spanish teams are only expirementing, you can see it wasnt so successful for Real madrid.
Dhagax-Tuur Posted May 21, 2010 ^So is the Prem. Arsenal is lagging behind. Man City is not a force yet. Liverpool is history. Man U will probably fall due to the debt. It's going to be Chelsea vs M City for the next few yrs. The rest will only fight for 3rd and 4th places. The difference is, La Liga teams play beautiful football. Hales Posted May 21, 2010 In terms of beatiful football, no team in the Prem League can beat Barcelona in that department. But the truth is only the top 2 in the La Liga could be considered superpowers in football which could compete alongside the likes of the top 4 in the Prem league. Valencia is worse off without their star player now, Athletico Madrid has an aging team, Villareal is no good either and Real Madrids new signings havent really proven themselfes to be the top notches their supposed to be. 1. Liverpool just had a bad year, like Arsenal did in 2006-07, they can spring back to their old form easily. 2. Man city isnt a complete team yet in all areas in play, but they will only get stronger with the new signings 3. Man u with the looks of it will only weak but they will still to contend for the Prem league. 4. Arsenal still have Van Persie.

N.O.R.F Posted May 22, 2010 Bad move. He still has another 2 or 3 years at the top level if he looks after himself (he always does anyway). Hope LFC sign him.
