Saalax Posted March 26, 2016 All that water going to waste isn't doing the local community any good.
Mooge Posted March 27, 2016 that is good news niyoow. we somalis have so much resources but we dont know or are unwilling to use them. water is everywhere during the rainy season but it all goes to the sea and gets wasted. why don't we capture it? puntland had real success with its first ever water capturing dam at Bender Beyla area. it is providing lots of water to people niyoow. it is one of the success projects in puntland lately. Saalax Posted March 27, 2016 Mooge it looks save and clean water. I heard that project cost $50,000 with cheap labour, amazing what $50,000 can get you. Some people waste that building a villa instead of a dam like that which can serve thousands.
Tallaabo Posted March 28, 2016 That is a lovely reservoir in Bender Bayla. Such reservoirs should be built everywhere to prevent a single drop of water going to the sea.
