He is adopted. Back in the days in the Sultanate of Bari who were the Qardho

family had some servants from Tanzania working for them, out of kindness

they were allowed to flourish in Bari, that is how they ended up in there.

What I find strange though is even after hundreds of years they still look

100% from Tanzania, that means either the original local ethnic Somalis didn't

intermix with them or their genes is too dominant and no amount of Somali DNA

injected will change them since Somali genes is recessive compared to some

other ethnic groups.

The boqor sired children with some of his Zanzibari slaves. This is common knowledge. I know some folks from the boqor clan who look exactly like that or even more distinctly Bantu-ish. The natives of the region will attest to this. His looks are nothing to frown upon, trust me.
