Samafal Posted January 28, 2016 Asad for your information Puntland MPs are shared based on districts and not on clan lines, alas the districts may still use clan to share power from one term to onother. For example the Bari region which is the biggest and most populous has the most number of MPs representing them closely followed by Sanaag.
