Asad Ahmed Posted January 11, 2016 This is baseless,counter-productive like the raasasayr, maakhir state,in reality, they dont exist.it is like baydhabo community declaring buale, saakow and other areas inhabited by their tol as automonomous from Jl,madoobe is limited to the city and even inside the city he is under protection,he has nor the resources, nor the political ability to manage whole JL,he knows his tol is not MAJORITY ninyahow, that is why he is clever not to start inter-clan fightings, all towns, cities are shared in JL,no one clan can dominate.we are waiting until proper SNA is funded and equipped to help this weak manage.
