Arab Strategic Plan for Horn Somaliland More Important then Somalia

After decades of lawlessness and chaos in Somalia and no functioning government and army and it's lack of strategic location being closer to Kenya then the middle east the Arab world due to its current war against the houthis and need for friends in the region that can actually do something are opening new channels of communication and trade with both Ertieria and Somaliland.
