Bakool sare comprising of 3 districts just declared themselves a federal state in the chaos that is the failed state of Somalia. The new three district state is in contrast to the viability of south west state.

 

Ladies and gentleman you cannot make this sh$t up even if you tried the supporters of this three district state are the pirates who just argued a few days ago that galmudug was illigal because it didn't consist of 2 regions.
