The head of PL chamber of Commerce resigns.

as usaul,the poor guy couldnt get a penny from investors,an empty room with no activity,according to him,all investors are flocking to Mogadishu,kismayo or even baydhabo.

Hopefully with improved infrastructure and little creativity, Puntland can attract foriegn investors. What all Somalis lack is human capicity.

PL chamber of commer was a scam,i would personally never trust them with 1 dollar let alone my investment money.

 

i dont think so.the guy opened an office,spent money on it and now investor came,then thought why the hell would i want to spend my time on such scam.
