Any news on the situation that happened between the two in their trip to Washington recently? I heard the BBC Somali were reporting that HSM was told to go sleep and invited the PM to meetings instead. The PM seems to be more favoured by the Washington establishment it seems, could this be a signal for who is really in charge?
