Adam Posted May 29, 2015 @ElPunto said: It is odd - how the average Somalilander seems to be ok with this egregious behaviour. But I don't expect the general masses anywhere in Somalia to come out organized and do anything apart from the usual qabiil thing. I did however expect culuma, local leaders and local NGOs to be more vocal and unequivocal. It is not as if people are afraid of condemning Siilaanyo & co - it's open season on him - and if I were his opponent - I would have used this against him regardless of principle. im sorry but why should I care about your refugees when your intelligence service this week assassinated my close relative 70 year old MP Yusuf dirir and badly injured another Abdalla Boss http://www.somalilandsun.com/index.php/community/7476-somaliland-the-assassination-of-a-beloved-father-and-statesman-in-mogadishu-somalia-dirir-family-press-release If it was up to me the top members of your government should be arrested and send to hague. I am sick and tired of your lies , and won't even reply to all those false lies you people are writing here asual my only question why is your government not helping Your refugees to be send to moqadisho instead of this Somaliland you all hate because your government don't care about somali refugees in Yemen , the only action your moqadisho administration has done is to declare war on Yemen which has put All 1M somalis in yemen in danger as reported on the news resulted in deads of 30+ somalis Qe,raal masuul ( http://sahanjournal.com/mogadishu-hotel-siege-al-shabaab-somali-govt-released-statement-yemen-crisis/#.VWoz2GpwZSA) you government sold these people refugees for fluush as per your character for supporting the arab gulf campaign. Never has the republic of Somaliland turned away people from Italian Somalia and never will because we know pain and suffering of refugees camps and war . The people of Somaliland donated 800,000 dollars to South moqadisho in 2011 east African drought , the cities and towns of Somaliland are full of your people working , living and being treated with respect equally no south north divide. . With regard to the amount of newly arrived somali refugees in Berbera , Somaliland , this town has taken more than 5000 refugess every day refugees are arriving and being helped by the same people, and nation you are hating and denying to exist as a sovereign member of the International community . Even the locals governor houses two refugees families what does he get from you in return calling him every bad name under the sun. Your moqadisho government have declared an economic blockade on Somaliland as quoted by odowaa your interior minister, your president , foreign minister and for that reason me and many other Somalilanders are tired of your lies. Today these 200 southerners arrived in Somaliland see and hear how they treated with respect and appreciate republic somaliland welcoming them while The republic of Djibouti has banned somalia refugees from their ports , not to mention your beloved gulf States https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_WIIVGeED5I. Reer koonfur your analyses are always anti Somaliland but never do you ask what is your own government doing. Lastly to the guy who wrote Berbera was build by the Siyad Baree regime and southerners taxpayers I can assure you Berbera was not build by by the taxes of Southerners , on the contrary the North was so heavily taxed by your regimes I can safely say Moqadisho and all the south was subsided by Somalilanders for decades and decades but then again its so difficult to reason with a koonfurian political ideology based on destroying the very core of the wider somali (anarchy, world most failed state etc ) name while throwing childish tantrums mixed with the usual emotional victimhood mentality. Keep your fake somalinmo nationalism bulshit to yourself and continue your teenage facebook debates with in unity (for once) hating on those Somalilanders ,dont forget to press the like button what else can we expect from the children of of sociaList October moqadisho Siyad Barre regime .the ubaxi kacaanka BoliQaran second generation. Crocodile tears are always on standby.
galbeedi Posted May 29, 2015 Libaax and Che, with your help we could win the highest seat of of the land of the Somali republic. To know where you going , you must know your history, culture and tradition. Most of the Somalis, especially those ( Kuwii Dumiyey Qaranka) who eliminated the Republic, will never say any thing good about the Nation we lost. The Somali state didn't begin or end in 1988. I went through middle school , high school and Gahayr university without paying any one Somali Shilling. It wasn't Siyaad Barre who provided that opportunity , but the Somali state and the government led by the Kacaan. When I was in Mogadishu in the middle of eighties, I was a rebellious university student like anyone else. I hated the system and the government, yet I always felt a proud to be a Somali. What ever hatred we had were directed at the regime not the nation. Living in Mogadishu, it never crossed my mind that this beautiful city belonged to or owned by anyone else. ( Habeen Waligay Kuma Seexan Xamar Cidbaa Kaa Xigta). It was the capital of my nation. Who could have imagined with less than few years millions of Somalis were expelled from their homes by misguided militia. In the late Somalia of eighties, I could have moved and settle in Kismaayo or Jowhar, without the fear of anyone denying me residence. That was the Somali state. Please tell us what you have replaced with that state after 25 years. Whether one lives in small town, at the border, center or the capital the feeling was mutual. Believe me , I will never complain or worry about my home region getting less ministers or Generals, what counts is the equal opportunity for all, government services and the feeling of the greater goal of the nation compared to your rivals and competitors. The sad part is in order to to lift people from poverty and dislodge the public purse and resource from the privileged few , we are forced to wage a tribal or regional campaign which will never achieve the intended goal. If I spent $ 10,000 dollars to achieve a national goal, I would never regret for a second, if that adventure is not reached. because I consider it being part of something greater than my self. But if i pay $200 dollars for tribal pride, deep down , I always regret. Many of you may feel the same. In my last post, I stated how the people of Togdheer were evacuated and settled in Shabeellaha Hoose during the" Dabadheer Drought", It was a duty toward a Soomaali people who were in need. Can a desperate Somali families could settle today in Burco or Beledweyne. I doubt it. Muxuu Yidhi Abwaankii " Waxay Na Badeen, Waxay Na Bareen Baa Ka Sii Daran". Rather than being a big fish in a pound (dhijaan), I rather be a small fish in the big ocean of the Somali republic. I always supported the creation of federal states and the distribution of power. Not to create enclaves , or being a big fish in pound, but the power to provide better services for the local people. The question is: Are they providing services?. Libaax, with all this bright young minds in the SOL, we could do it. Some of them are cool headed like Che, others are intelligent, some are well versed in politics. I could hire Dr.Keney, Mooge, Dhagaxtuur and the Mischivious Xaaji Xanjuf, who must abandon the illussion of Hargeisa and recliam the Republic. Libaax, Saaxiib Waa Halkii reer Benaadirkee " Hadalee Maan Wadaynaa". Ma waxaynu Daawanaynaa qori isu Dhiibkan reer Muqdisho iyo Reer Puntland". A guy from Mogadishu who becomes President because of the instability of Mogadishu, who then, nominates a fellow from Puntland , and so on. I am the candidate of SOL residents. If I could get the support of these men and women , I could win. Libaax, arrintaa maxaad ka odhan lahaydeen?

Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar Posted May 29, 2015 Galbeedi, Eebbe hakuu garabgalo. Soomaalida 'madaxda' sheegato iyo kuwa waliba 'xil' u haayo Soomaaliya oo aan ku arko Afrika, kuwaas quusasho ayaa ka istaageysaa. Laakiin waligeen kama quusan doono Soomaaliya. Iyagana nagama xigaan. Go for it, laakiin marka koowaad soo arag kuwa 'xilka' u haayo Sooamaliya see u dhaqmaan, especially kuwa Nayroobi ku shaah iyo qaxwo cabo. galbeedi Posted May 29, 2015 MMA Saaxiib, defenetely , i have to explore first many things including Nairobi. I have already seen " ma shaqaysayaasha" who lead the diaspora communities here in Canada. Small task that needs maximum four hours , usually takes three in the afternoon until 11pm. Eventually what counts is not politics or constant discussion, but real on the ground results. Does the policeman and the soldier get paid?, are people working six or eight ours. Folks we need a revolution. It is like marrying the women you loved after long courtship. After few plays, she is carrying your baby. Now, you must put your boots on and start feeding yourself, the wife and the baby. " you can not manage the family only by nice talk and idle companionship. " Ninkii dhalaalayaba qof baa dhoobada ugu jirs" These rich nations became prosperous because of hard work and sacrifices of many citizens.
YoniZ Posted May 30, 2015 Good luck to you Galbeedi, You will find (if selected) harder than the Kacaan ever managed. After inheriting a functioning state with its ills of course, the Kacaan left the young generation born after the eighties in ruins and, scars yet to heal after 25 years. That makes the legacy of Siyad and his Kacaan comrades failure forever, and contrary to that, the two presidents preceded him decent leaders. Your legacy will be the difference people see the day you become leader and the day you lose power. Wadaniyad maran oo aan halheys dhaafsiisnayn waa tii hantiwadaaga iyo Kacaanku ku fashilmeen, nin madax adag oo umada aragtidiisa ku khasba xiligeedii waa laga tagay. waxa wadanka kaga danbeeya ragii madaxda kacaanka waa 80 jiro aan maalmo badan u harsaneyn. Nin rag buu ahaa iyo maalin heblaayo sidaa buu yeelay, macno badan sameyn meyso. Dadkaa dhiban hadii aad u xaqsoori kartid, noloshoodana aad wax kabadali kartid adigoo aan kala xigsaneyn, waa talo fiican inaad is sharaxdid. La imow fikir hufan, kamaran dhaqankii kali talisnimada iyo madax adayga ku dhisnaa. Keen aragti dadka mideysa, ka dheerow aragti dadka kala fogeysa oo xusuusisa maalmihii madoobaa. Isbeldelka marka hore ka bilow SOL, jooji weerarka qayaxan ee aad ku qaadid qeybo bulshada kamid ah. U dulqaado kala aragti duwanaanta uu keenay juquraafi, jiilal, iyo jawiga cakiran ee maanta lagu jiro. Intaa waa iga talo Saxiib, marke kale Good luck, you will need one! Tallaabo Posted May 30, 2015 @galbeedi said: Yonis, please no excuses for this " Maamul and the People". It has been almost a week and not one single person raised their voice. This is the same crowd that was playing the victim card for 25 years. This is worse than what South Africans were doing to Somalis and others. For many years , no one challenged them. In politics, carrot and stick go hand in hand. We all overlooked their weaknesses, misdeeds and dysfunction. They are even spreading false excuses, claiming that the Ethiopian government told them not to accept refugees from Yemen. If I were in charge , I would have brought these separatists in to the union without bloodshed . It won't take me four years. The problem is we have a weak and corrupt southern politicians who doesn't know history and can not see the big picture. I have never seen a more shameless political campaigning than the load of garbage you posted here in this thread of all places!! With your fake display of outrage why don't you ask why your fellow Awdalites are also quite and not protesting against this apparent injustice? Indeed your Awdalite cousins are just as complicit now as they were when Afwayne was massacring the duriyada clan's women and children and Djibouti was handing over fleeing refugees to the firing squad. Also your constant pontification about "the good old days" clearly shows how you benefited from the loot which Siyad and his fellow tyrants were taking from my people. But that era is well and truely over and now there is nothing you and your fellow haters can really do about Somaliland even if somehow the people of Mogadishu allowed you to step a foot in their villa Somalia. galbeedi Posted May 30, 2015 Talaabo, you are correct, I should have added the Awdalites and their silence on the issue, and I know many of them aided and abated the separatists, Although, historically we are more " patriotic than the habros". On the issue of benefits, clearly I did not get any thing special. Unlike today's " maamul Goboleed" almost every Somali kid had that opportunity. The two places the Kacaan and others built and benefited were " labada Webi, Benadir iyo Woqooyi galbeed". I do not hate Somaliland or " duriyada", but I want to dismantle it. After 25 years it couldn't answer the challenges of the modern 21st century government. Unemployment is 80%, government services are non existent, rule of law is superseded by tribal justice and constant useless bickering is the norm. 15% of the budget is consumed by the ruling family. It is not a weakness to reverse the policy and change the course. Instead of dismantling it through Awdal " Kor baan kaga imanayaa". You can still elect a separatist governor who doesn't like Somalia, and runs the local affaires , just like they do in Quebec, Canada. You will not control trade and free movements of the people , the national currency and the military. You won't control points of entries like ports and borders, which could be a win win situation for all. I do not want anyone to allow me to step foot in Villa-Somalia. Saxiib, Cidna uma daba fadhiisanayo, HAG, D block or anyone else. Hadii aan soo fuula powerka Kartidayda ayaan ku iman . I have plenty of what they call self confidence. " Dalka malihid aniga ku idhi Dooroolaha e", The great Darwiish told the British empire, the most powerful country in the world in 1901. Not only did he tell them that they do not run the land but, they must clean themselves. Yonis, nin af-Soomaaliga si Fiican u qora ayaad tahy. Ma dhiirigalinayo, keligii Talisnimo iyo dulmi midna. Laakiin xaaladahu markay adkaadaan, go'aano adag in la gaadho waa lagama maaramaan. Isku soo wada duub oo taladu waa cadaalad, shaqo iyo karti. Somaalidu nama kala xigto. Kuwan aan daandaansanaynayo, waxaan rabnaa in ay wadada saxda ah ku soo noqdaan, laakiin, haba yaraatee wax colaada ah uma hayo dad Soomaaliyeed.
