You will never be able to police and protect your territory. You are incapable of governance. Federalism will inject more tribal poison and another era of civil war. The game is finished and somaliland has won. I remember a time when we only controlled 50% of Somaliland today we are the very border with somalia and on international maps and the world is being won over.
