Tallaabo Posted April 29, 2015 Isn't Garowe a town in Somalia where Hassan is the president?
galbeedi Posted April 30, 2015 Gooni, nin qalbi fiican baa tahay. Fiicnaan lahaydaa haday hawluhu sidaad sheegtay u dhici lahaayeen. In my humble opinion Qoslaaye is in Garoowe plotting his next move regarding after 2016. His term will conclude within a year and few months. He didn't defeat Al-shabaab yet, didn't build viable national army and time is running out. Garoowe and Cabdi weli are the best place to start the campaign. The questions is what can he offer ?, or what are the possible scenarios in this game. First , he will ask C/weli to supports his campaign to extend his term for two more years, in exchange to help C/weli succeed him to the office, in 2018. The second scenario could be even more daring for Qoslaaye. The second scenario is Qoslaaye may even plan for his reelection in 2016, and offer C/weli the premiership and guarantee it in writing. " Addeer Afarta sano ee soo socota aynu wada shaqayno, Awood buuxda ayaan kuu siinayaa Ka raiisul Wassaare Ahaan. Ogow C/weli, Haddaad ila tartanto 2016, way adag thay in aad iga badiso. Addeer Labadan Arrimood mid Dooro. C/weli, Waan ka soo fikirayaa. Remember those boys holding the premiership and deputies, the likes of " Ina C/rashiid and INa Caete Qaalib, are Daddies boys. They have done nothing in life to hold these positions. Sooner or latter, they must vacate these positions for the self made men who are waiting in the wings. Tillamook Posted April 30, 2015 Personally, I'd favor a term extension for President Culusow.

galbeedi Posted May 2, 2015 Tilamook, Waxaa ha nagu maqashiin. Unconstitutional extension of term limits is something unique in this continent. No way. If he want to extend his term, let him compete in 2016, like everyone else. Ina Cabdirashiid is a nice guy. Somalia needs a tough guy. This is the man who shuffled 100 cabinet members in two months. He is a Mogadishu boy. He does't have the backbone to face warlords and business oligarchs who run the country with impunity.
galbeedi Posted May 2, 2015 If you want things done, you need people like Tarzan, the former Mogadishu Governor.
galbeedi Posted May 2, 2015 The idea of everyone voting in 2016 is not only impossible , it is a hopeless proposition. The basic task of Governing mostly involves registry and regulation ( Diwaan gelin iyo Maarayn). Registraging the birth, marriage and death of the public, record keeping of property and other painstaking remuneration of every thing. We will never have fair elections or registered voters for a long time to come. Look in Hargeisa, after almost a generation( twenty four years), no one knows how to register or administer basic registry. The so called parliament was elected in 2005. A process that must be done for every five years, yet they have been sitting their for 10 years and no one knows when the next one is due. The Guurti should have been elected every five years and they are sitting illegally for 18 years. They sit their and debate endlessly. Rather than start the process years ago, they wait until the last minute. They claim their budget is hundred of millions, yet they are waiting few millions from " Deeq Bixiye yaasha". Now how on earth is any general election will be possible in the Al-shabaab infested south?. If you are running for office make sure you reach " Odayaasha Dhaqanka" who are sitting in Mogadishu to select the next group of parliamentarians. Probagaandadana naga yareeya fadlan. Mooge Posted May 5, 2015 Galbeedi, qoslaye niyoow believes he can be crowned President again. He is back to Garowe trying to get support and in the process has thrown his HAG allies under the bus. He is wasting his time. What a snake.

Qoslaaye is a political genius Federal state boundaries will be decided by a Committee , Remember his remarks in Cadaado and in Galgaduud centre state will be mudug and galgaduud. Tillamook Posted May 6, 2015 ^ I wouldn't put much faith into the "remarks" our dear president makes, if I were you. We all know there isn't one single solitary thing that he has said he would do, that he has accomplished. Good examples of this are his previous debacles in Jubaland and Southwest state. So what makes you think that Galguduud will be any different?
