Why did govt stop execution of Irhaabis?

You know i admire Puntland's hard war on terrorists. They execute them without mercy. I feel more connected to Puntland! Well done Puntland, slaughter all terrorists dogs including Siilaanyo if u capture him because he is sponsor of terrorism.

 

 

But question is why did fake govt in Xamar leave the execution of terrorists? They did that in 2013 and the first half of 2014.

 

Did Human Rights win? I remember that Human Rights were complaining about the executions...

 

Executing terrorists when captured with hardcore evidences(weapons, proofs that they killed people, or tried to kill them, when they are placing bombs inside roads and are captured) must be part of the constitution. Dont let the dogs escape.
