In the last couple of years, some of the most dumb and lifeless students have been sent to scholarships by their HAG relatives through corruption and nepotism. some of these students were so bad that they didn't know how read or write anything.

Mooge, wouldn't this just result in corrupt School Administrators being paid by Government Officials to falsify school records of failing students?

 

They can pick the biggest dhoqoon student who can barely read or write, and give him an A+ average. And then send that kid to Turkey. Somalis are corrupt saaxib, we'll do anything to work around it.
