Xaaji Xunjuf Posted January 5, 2015 You heard it from me first this is the man who will be leading the central regions after much infighting he is the man with the only state that works in the central regions galguduud . Abdiqeyb diid task will be uniting Mudug under one authority 2015 will be a very interesting years. There are other candidates but Abdiqeyb diid will be leading the way and he has the blessings of Damuljadiid and other peoples in and around Mogadishu.. galbeedi Posted January 5, 2015 If these people are anointing in 2015 a warlord as a leader, they are doomed. This shows the central region people are not series about moving forward. Next door Puntland is led by a Harvard educated modern leader. If you look carefully, he is acting exactly like twenty years ago. Rather than look to the future, they regressed back to the old ways. Last time, Somaliland sent him $690,000 through Dahabshill to buy the elders. All these " Fitna" that Siilaanyo sowing in Somalia will bite him sooner or latter. Xaaji Xunjuf Posted January 6, 2015 Galbeedi horta ma jin ba ku warama what on earth does this have to do with president siilaanyo and do u have proof that siilaanyo paid 690.000 Dollars to Qeybdiid , Mise waxyalahaan waad ku riyoota.
DoctorKenney Posted January 6, 2015 This would be akin to the Puntland clan hiring a man like Hersi Morgan to be the next President of Puntland Something is deeply wrong with the country when men such as Abdi Qeybdiid are allowed to hold political office. His lack of qualifications alone should disqualify him, let alone his dirty past
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted January 6, 2015 Qualifications he is a former colonel but who should stop him from the seat who can stop him from any position there is no government in Somalia. Nor are Somalis at peace with each other.
DoctorKenney Posted January 6, 2015 @Xaaji Xunjuf said: Qualifications he is a former colonel but who should stop him from the seat who can stop him from any position there is no government in Somalia. Nor are Somalis at peace with each other. This man would destabilize Puntland if he had the resources to do so. He's extremely tribalist, to a degree which doesn't exist in other Somali politicians. But he knows he's weak and unable to do much in Galmudug, which is why he appears to be tame right now. Give him some military power and economic clout, and Qeybdiid's true face will emerge. And being a former Colonel doesn't mean anything. We all know Somalia isn't a meritocracy. Men aren't promoted based on their talents, they're usually promoted based on their "Uncle" or friend giving them a promotion, that's it.
galbeedi Posted January 6, 2015 Xaaji, you probably didn't see it in the news in 2010, but it was widely reported. A Dahabshiil accounts were preached at the time. Among the big news that were discovered was the $ 630,000 was sent from the central bank of Djibouti to the leader of the Wadani party, Mr. Cirro The money was sent by Jamac Hayd, the late governor of the Djibouti central Bank. AS SOON AS Mr. Abdrirahman Cirro, received the money he bought all the regional chairs of Ucid party, and some members of parliament from UCID. He tried a coup to unseat Faysal Waraabe. He didn't succeed , but latter he formed the Wadani Party. Everybody knows Qaybdiid was financed by Somaliland. The losers will be the people of central state by electing unrepentant warlord.
